Collect your applicable documents
Collect all applicable licenses, certificates, or proof of on-the-job trainings. Be sure to scan any physical documents. Submissions only supports digital uploads.

Upload documents: Must be a student
Log in to MyPhoenix to upload your submission, which will include:
- Licenses
- On-the-job trainings
- Certificates
- Other specializations
